Followup of commit 688b18f
Changes included:
 * Notifications: data-predefined-dir isn't used anymore.
   The position/alignment are now (ltr/rtl): timestamp left (resp right),
   icon right (resp left), title and details left (resp. right).
   Ellipsis position depends on the content direction (dir=auto).
 * Lockscreen: both lockcsreens (normal and callscreen) layout are back to
   being identical
 * Decline call button is always on the left (in ltr and rtl)
