e9436e31f6 Bug 1836473 - menulist[popuponly] rule should also remove padding. r=Gijs, a=RyanVM 
Otherwise menulists might unexpectedly appear.

This is an issue for Thunderbird. Trying to switch printers in a print
dialog causes stuff to shift in current Thunderbird Daily.

Moving a Backspace key event and add `ContentTaskUtils.waitForMutationCondition` for `input.value` to ensure the environment for previously buggy behavior (bug 1817785) is created so the proper datepicker keyboard behavior is tested.

cd328c4093 Bug 1821963 part 3: Remove various components supporting the old accessibility architecture based on content process COM proxies. r=nlapre,nalexander 
This includes AccessibleHandler, HandlerProvider, IGeckoCustom and the IAccessible2 COM proxy dll.
Even with the new architecture, we still use IAccessible2, but we no longer need a COM proxy because we aren't using COM across processes ourselves.
If clients want to use IAccessible2 across processes, they're responsible for registering a COM proxy themselves as with all other IAccessible2 applications.
Alternatively, they can rely on the IAccessible2 COM proxy which is included with Windows 10 and later.

51bad76768 Bug 1817785 - Update browser_datetime_datepicker test to have extra fail-proof checks. r=Jamie,emilio,kcochrane 
With the Next/Prev button keyboard navigation being fixed in the previous patch (D177550), running datepicker tests with `--verify` discovered an intermittent `toolkit/content/tests/browser/datetime/browser_datetime_datepicker.js` failure likely due to the fast speed of the picker re-rendering while machine tested that took minor improvements to have extra state checks to resolve it.

Removing an unneeded calls of a change of selection from the DateTimePanel to its input field, because with keyboard access provided when a month view is changed but the selection should remain until a user makes a new selection using a date picker on `<input type=datetime-local>` and `<input type=date>`.
