f1c25b7d6a Bug 363813. When inserting frames into a list of out-of-flow frames, finding the correct position by comparing positions in the content tree doesn't always work, in particular when the frames are for anonymous content. 31f1898810 Bug 300030: Move intrinsic width computation out of nsIFrame::Reflow and into its own methods on nsIFrame. Replace reflow reasons, types, and commands with dirty bits/notifications.
