4e0ef46c0c Defined CALL_NOT_IN_CARBON since it was wrapping method definitions in 3.3.1 JManager that were referenced in the code. Added an import for ControlDefinitions.h; kControlEditTextPasswordTag and kControlEditTextTextTag were defined in Controls.h in 3.2, but moved out in 3.3.1 so MRJSession.cpp was failing build.
