29c70cffe8 Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. 03c447e3b0 calling addEventListener and passing an object that is not defined yet 
fails, which means that code expecting the result of that function call
is somewhat unhappy, to the tune of:

5b6ae6e571 Rename {nsIDocument,nsIDocumentObserver,nsIFrame}::ContentChanged to CharacterDataChanged, since that's the only thing it's used for. Replace its nsISupports* parameter with a PRBool, since we don't need to allocate an object to pass a boolean parameter. e65d2d2fe5 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size.
