L. David Baron	c91b8791d1	Bug 976350 patch 2: Rename nsTraceRefcntImpl to nsTraceRefcnt. r=bsmedberg ... Now that bug 975295 removed the obsolete wrapper class, we can rename nsTraceRefcntImpl back to its correct pre-XPCOM-glue name, nsTraceRefcnt.
