c1beb7218a Crasher - Expat parser's XML_ParseBuffer wasn't aware of the BLOCKING mechansim and hence failed to update the buffer position ( bufferPtr ). a276cfdb53 License changes Round 2. Expat. Updating licensing to be consistent with latest version of expat (MIT/X); relicensing NS-contributed code under expat's license (except the build system, which is tri-licensed.)
