d4cdcd894a bug 1412312 - Document mozconfig defines in in-tree docs r=Dexter 
Put them in internals/Preferences since it is definitely an internal, and they
have complex interactions with preferences.

Not seen here: updates to Preferences for the recent changes. That's covered in
bug 1406394

e32e9e2376 Bug 1414549: Correctly handle GetDeliveryTarget failure. r=mixedpuppy 
getter_AddRefs nulls its parameter before passing it to the getter function,
which means that on failure, we wind up with a null IO thread, rather than its
original main thread value.

This changeset adds 3 scalars:
- devtools.aboutdevtools.opened -> logged every time the page is loaded
- devtools.aboutdevtools.installed -> logged when the user clicks on the
  install button
- devtools.aboutdevtools.noinstall_exits -> logged when leaving the page
  if devtools is not enabled

And 2 keyed histograms:
- DEVTOOLS_ABOUT_DEVTOOLS_OPENED_REASON (is it a shortcut, is it a menu
  item etc...)
- DEVTOOLS_ABOUT_DEVTOOLS_OPENED_KEY (in case of a keyshortcut, what is
  the keyshortcut id)

f5985c3738 Bug 1409323 - Allow to register new addon scalars for an existing category. r=chutten 
If we attempt to register again an old dynamic scalar, check if the new
definition makes it expired. If so, update the expiration state and propagate
the new "expired" scalar to the content proecesses.

09a409370c bug 1410143 - Whitelist ipc_channel_error for crash pings data-r?rweiss r=gsvelto 
At present it is difficult to determine whether a crash ping is from a
shutdownkill or not. By including ipc_channel_error we will be able to figure
that out.

We also as a bonus get additional insight into ipc channel error types that
lead to crashes.

02fe85f6af bug 1410907 - Add CanRecord(Pre)Release data to nsITTelemetry r=Dexter 
We're starting a shift towards talking about release/prerelease data instead of
base/extended collection. For now this is just a naming change.

At the same time, we can render these attributes read-only, which is nice.
