Adds a simple UI with tests for the elevation UI that mimics the wizard based elevation UI and uses the existing strings
Removes all methods from nsIUpdatePrompt except showUpdateHistory which will be removed later
Does not remove the UPDATE_WIZ_LAST_PAGE_CODE telemetry histogram since that will remove it from the data sources

- Fill stars based on whether the rating is within the 0.5 range of a
  0.5-multiple, rather than checking whether the rating is at least as
  large as the 0.5-multiple. This follows the boundaries at:
  bb9277eeff/src/ui/components/Rating/index.js (L139-L140)

- Use a review star rating instead of re-using the bookmark star.
  This is not necessarily to be more consistent with AMO's stars,
  but to prevent the stars from becoming non-stars if we ever change
  the bookmark icon. The SVG icon is based on the path at:
  bb9277eeff/src/ui/components/IconStar/index.js (L19)

- Turn it into a custom element to make re-use easier.

3a7c78906a Bug 1544105 - Part 2. Add new gfx driver vendor field to telemetry and about:support. r=jrmuizel,chutten,flod data-r=bmiroglio 
Expose the driver vendor information (applies to Linux only at this
moment) to crash report telemetry and about:support. This will be useful
when debugging issues to know specifically what driver is in use.

On startup we record the size and modified time of the profile lists. If
changed we refuse to flush any new changes to disk. Also adds a getter to check
if they've changed so the UI can do something sensible.

All attempts to flush are now checked for success. In some cases in early
startup the failure mode isn't great, we just quit startup. The assumption
though is that it's extremely unlikely that the files will have changed on disk
in the time between when they are read and when profile selection occurs, likely
less than a second later.

The profile reset flow is changed to only delete the old profile and flush once
all the migration has completed, so if something fails the user gets back to
their old profile.

In testing I ended up having to fix bug 1522584 so background file deletions on
a background thread are safer.

I haven't implemented any UI tests right now since making modifications to the
profiles means modifying the actual user's profiles which I'm not keen to do.

2f0f64f3fb Bug 1529879: Block changing the profile list when another process has changed it. r=froydnj,Gijs,flod 
On startup we record the size and modified time of the profile lists. If
changed we refuse to flush any new changes to disk. Also adds a getter to check
if they've changed so the UI can do something sensible.

All attempts to flush are now checked for success. In some cases in early
startup the failure mode isn't great, we just quit startup. The assumption
though is that it's extremely unlikely that the files will have changed on disk
in the time between when they are read and when profile selection occurs, likely
less than a second later.

The profile reset flow is changed to only delete the old profile and flush once
all the migration has completed, so if something fails the user gets back to
their old profile.

In testing I ended up having to fix bug 1522584 so background file deletions on
a background thread are safer.

I haven't implemented any UI tests right now since making modifications to the
profiles means modifying the actual user's profiles which I'm not keen to do.

249309e19b Bug 1525762: Part 1i - Allow overriding some localized properties for built-in add-ons. r=aswan 
We still don't have a great way to bundle localizations for built-in add-ons,
since our localization tools are not compatible with the WebExtension
localization format, and there's no way to fetch locales from language packs.

We used to have a fairly complicated mechanism for this which used localized
preference values, pointing to localized string bundle URLs, based on the
add-on ID and the property we wanted to localized. That seems needlessly
complicated at this point, so this patch just allows overrides in two specific
string bundles, one for toolkit, and one for app-specific extensions.

af97210807 Bug 1506291 - Add Linux sandboxing for the RDD (media decoder) process. r=gcp,mjf,flod 
The seccomp-bpf policy is currently just the "common" policy with no
additions (but with the fixes in bug 1511560 to enable shared memory
creation).  The file broker policy allows shared memory creation and
nothing else.  The namespace setup is the same as for GMP (i.e., as
restrictive as we currently can be).

The sandbox can be turned off for troubleshooting by setting the
environment variable MOZ_DISABLE_RDD_SANDBOX, similarly to the other
process types.

Tested against https://demo.bitmovin.com/public/firefox/av1/ with the
necessary prefs set.
