edbb56773e Fix leak on hovering over a scrollbar and re-fix similar leak for text inputs (bug 42895) by adding a "general" method for unrooting anonymous content created through nsIAnonymousContentCreator, plus a hack to deal with the scrollbars on the root element. Some of the other SetDocumentForAnonymousContent methods *may* need to be implemented. c9c32a64e4 Fix for bug 36849: Script animation that changes location and clip simultaneously no longer will flicker.

feb9226f40 Bug 22037. Detect when CantRenderReplacedElement() is inserting a block frame into an inline. When this happens, 'split' the frame model to the nearest containing block.
