fix mac build bustage. if we have a MANIFEST file, you need to add it to this perl module. I've made changes for news/build/MANIFEST, addrbook/build/MANIFEST and compose/build/MANIFEST
hopefully this prevent future build breakage. many thanks to patrick beard for the help.
