1347910ac9 Change the binding parent for native anonymous content to work like the binding parent for XBL anonymous content, and be the parent of the anonymous content subtree rather than the root of the anonymous content subtree. 29c70cffe8 Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer.
