3ae3b5bf23 Make idlc run correctly in an objdir build. This taints the srcdir, but that's the way idlc is supposed to work. 
Make idlc-generated files not be made executable.

e153192875 Fix for bug 46861. nsIDOMWindow is now split into two interfaces: a public interface (still called nsIDOMWindow) for embedders and an internal interface (nsIDOMWindowInternal) for internal use. 51366e0d56 Fixing at least part of nsbeta3+ bug 44185. 7e37fb4356 1) Added support for loading an XML document "out of band" from script and manipulating it via dom interfaces. 
2) Fixed compile errors in XSL glue code that happened after the recent nsString landing by scc.
3) Added a check for a null URI before de-referencing it in nsCodeBasePrincipal.cpp.
