ea914b4555 Fix invalidation regression when scrolling. When we bit-blit, we need to 
make copies of existing dirty regions, offset them by the scroll amount, and

variety of flicker issues of various sorts, especially when we're not quite

29c70cffe8 Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. 7fd8feb31d Create an api for easily converting between the coordinate systems of two 
frames or two views.  Use this to fix the auto-positioning of abs pos boxes to
work no matter how their containing block and the block their placeholder lives
in are related, and convert various other callers to the new API.  Bug 266968,
