b252a27930 Bug 1142503 - don't use QueryInterface when the compiler can do the cast for us; r=ehsan 
Calling QueryInterface with a statically known IID should typically not
be necessary.  In those cases where it's not, the compiler can do the
cast for us, though we have to supply the reference-counting that
QueryInterface would do.

In passing, several redundant null-checks for the result of |new T| have
been deleted.

TabParents now register for the MozUpdateWindowPos event on the chrome TopWindowRoot.  When the window is moved, the OS widget calls WindowMoved on its listener (the nsWebShellWindow), which sends a MozUpdateWindowPos event.

afdb724edf Bug 969021 - Part 1: Consolidate moz.build data into parent moz.build files; r=ted 
Many moz.build files define things that could be defined in parent
moz.build files. Keeping the number of moz.build files low helps with
build times due to less I/O and fewer directories traversed.

This patch eliminates a lot of moz.build files by moving their content
into parent moz.build files.

There are still a handful that either are used with other runtimes, or that
happen very early/late in cx the lifetime of various things where it doesn't
necessarily make sense to have a cx on the stack. This should definitely ensure
