21dccaeace Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing. 29c70cffe8 Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. 7fd8feb31d Create an api for easily converting between the coordinate systems of two 
frames or two views.  Use this to fix the auto-positioning of abs pos boxes to
work no matter how their containing block and the block their placeholder lives
in are related, and convert various other callers to the new API.  Bug 266968,
