sar%netscape.com	ed2ae5d23c	We want a distinct build number for each build regardless of MOZILLA_OFFICIAL ... status. This is needed for fullcircle, but it's also the right thing to do. so add a target for build_number, and add it as a dependency to the export target This affects win only, and I've tested it.	1998-09-18 10:09:15 +00:00
