a721679b5c Bugs 35935, 34862, 41521. fd79903dc4 fix for 31131. r=sfraser/pierre. No longer use a bounding box when the update region is non-rectangular. Makes mac scrolling and page loading much faster. Also crank down the mac scroll timer delays to better match the native scrollbars. 2000-06-07 02:06:53 +00:00
