70913e88d2 Removed eHTMLTag_script from gTBodyKids. This is because 
<SCRIPT> tag can be contained anywhere in a document and it is
not necessary for <TBODY> to treat <SCRIPT> differently.

d707d9c5c4 Using CNavDTD::CanContain() in CanOmit().

3ac427b96c Changed GetTagName api to return a tag for the index passed in.

f8258170b1 5663: Fix copy/paste of entities. 
mUnicodeEncoder isn't getting initialized properly, at least on Linux.
