84b68b502d Bug 1393800 - Have mochitests expecting crashes wait for the crashes to be recorded before clean up; r=mconley 
This patch includes a bunch of somewhat related fixes, these are:

- Ensuring that when a mochitest calls SimpleTest.expectChildProcessCrash()
  the harness will wait for the crashes to be recorded before deleting the
  dump files. This involves a message round-trip between the content and
  parent process so to minimize its performance impact on all the non-crashing
  tests it is done only when required.
- As an additional optimization, the SimpleTest harness will not send a
  message to the content process anymore whenever it receives an
  ipc:content-shutdown event, instead it does it only for abnormal shutdowns.
- Manually fixing remaining mochitests causing crashes to wait for crashes to
  be recorded before finishing and deleting the dump files.
- Modifying BrowserTestUtils.crashBrowser() so that it optionally does not
  delete the dump files, this is useful for tests that submit their dumps and
  thus delete them on their own.

28c67cf8bd bug 1376600 - Remove registered(Keyed)Histograms r=Dexter 
With the removal of the old addonHistograms, all histograms are now registered.
So removing registered(Keyed)Histograms should be straightforward?

Unfortunately not, as this was how we filtered data based on dataset
(opt-in/opt-out), so a little more fiddling was needed to get C++ to only
serialize dataset-appropriate data (instead of post-facto filtering it in JS).

3148018ed7 Bug 1359326 - Run the minidump analyzer directly from the CrashService code; r=bsmedberg 
This patch removes the C++ code used to run the minidump analyzer when a
content process crashes, and replaces it with JS code within the CrashService
object. This removes the need for a separate shutdown blocker in C++ code and
allows end-to-end testing of the crash service functionality. Additionally
the exception handler code can be simplified since it's now only used to run
the crash reporter client.

The test added to test_crash_service.js covers computing the minidump SHA256
hash (bug 1322611) and of the minidump analyzer itself (bug 1280477).

b007d78f5d Bug 1352961 - P2: Measure for the delay before a new tab starts processing the first URL. r=mconley, data-r=bsmedberg 
Opening pages in a new tab might suffer an extra delay from e10s-multi because
the new process has to start up and then run all the process / frame scripts
before it can react on the request from the parent to load the first page.

There are two code paths. Either we start the tab with a remote browser and
then the RemoteWebNavigation will send the request. Or we start with a non-remote
browser and have to change the remoteness flag on it, and then the SessionStore
will send the request.

In each cases we start the timer on the parent side, send it with the message,
and when the child receives it it stops the timer and reports the measured delay.

needs to be installed at gecko runtime. This means it must be restartless.
This patch packages specialpowers as a restartless addon, but it does not
yet install it at runtime.

09a262787c Bug 649012 - Fail mochitest-plains which use flaky timeouts (setTimeout(x) for x > 0); r=ted 
We are white-listing the existing set of tests that use setTimeout
like this.  Hopefully these tests will be investigated and fixed
in the future, so that we can narrow down the white-list.

This check is only turned on for mochitest-plain for now.

d8c0b17d7d Bug 1043963 - Collapse test-only moz.build files under dom/ into ancestor moz.build files; r=ted 
There is very little benefit to having another layer of moz.build files, and
removing them will speed up the build a minimal amount. It also paves the way
for removing TEST_DIRS, which could simplify the build system somewhat.
