We want to indicate "we didn't actually manage to define your properties as
non-configurable" but we don't want to throw exceptions when people try to
Object.defineProperties with a non-configurable property in the list on a
WindowProxy.
Though maybe we should just silently ignore the "can't define non-configurable
on WindowProxy" bits in defineProperties and just return the object anyway?
The reason we do the "return null" bit in defineProperty is so that Caja and
the like can detect it, but if they're not using defineProperties to start with
they may not need to detect this "failure". On the other hand, Mark Miller
thinks the detection will be needed...

For cases where the class has direct calls (that is, we cast `this` to the
subclass before making the call) no longer declare Recv/Answer methods on the
base class at all. This should ensure that slots for them are not generated in
vtables, and also allow the derived class to choose the method signature (e.g.
whether it wants to take something by reference or by value).

When calling a Recv/Alloc/Dealloc method on most types, cast `this` to the
derived class.
There is a heuristic to figure out what the correct derived type is. There is a
blacklist of types which we can't do direct calls on for the moment, as well as
an override for types that do work with direct calls but which don't match the
heuristic.

The helper stream which is created by the AudioParam can't be directly got from the AudioNode, which means that we can't suspend/resume all streams related with the AudioNode.
Therefore, we should also append these streams when AudioContext requires all streams.

Differential Revision: https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D17856
This makes our behavior a bit closer to Blink / WebKit.
This patch fixes multiple issues:
First, fixes the caret movement getting stuck on a <select> element inside an
editor. This is because of the IsRootOfAnonymousSubtree() check that I'm
removing. Instead of that, consider NAC unselectable in UsedUserSelect, just
like generated content. This makes us jump across it correctly, and doesn't
regress the test-case that was added in bug 989012.
Second, it allows to select nodes with user-select: none as long as you're on an
editor. This matches WebKit and Blink. It's something you could do earlier
regardless with user-select: all on the parent, which is why the reporter's
test-case worked before my patch. I think being able to jump across these and
delete them on an editor is the right thing to do.
It adds tests for all this plus the same thing working for non-editable contents
(there was no pre-existing test for that).

Per spec:
https://w3c.github.io/media-source/#sourcebuffer-coded-frame-removal
Step 3 of the Coded Frame Removal Interval:
"Remove all media data, from this track buffer, that contain starting timestamps greater than or equal to start and less than the remove end timestamp. "
So to decide if a frame should be removed from a track buffer, its start time is the only information to be used.
