9abec73fbe DOM string changes. All nsString& in DOM interfaces (and interfaces needed by DOM implementations) have been changed to nsAReadableString& and nsAWritableString&. 7e37fb4356 1) Added support for loading an XML document "out of band" from script and manipulating it via dom interfaces. 
2) Fixed compile errors in XSL glue code that happened after the recent nsString landing by scc.
3) Added a check for a null URI before de-referencing it in nsCodeBasePrincipal.cpp.

24778bda71 Modify generated dom code to use a enum rather than a string for codesize 
and efficiency.
Tighten checks on document properties and node properties. Should resolve
several bugs:
18965 document.firstChild vulnerability
19043 document.childNodes vulnerability
