6d5ffd1e43 aix,os/2 & solaris are all having problems with this. It has to do with 
struct/union access and nested classes, but it is a big pain.

491a3997fb Bug 46134, the final chapter. Factor funky attribute parsing logic into a separate routine, ParseAttribute(), add callbacks to make SubstituteText() and IsAttrImpactedByVars() use this.
