29c70cffe8 Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. b4cc5d4695 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. Also removing nsMarkupDocument and nsIDOMEventCapturer that are no longer needed. 5a6317b8a5 Bug 88413: Remove |GetUnicode()| from nsString (and replace it with |get()|). r=dbaron, rs=scc. 
This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)

6985354db4 Adding a new flag to the Win32 build system. Set DISABLE_TESTS=1 to skip 
building in the tests directories.  Should not affect the build at all if

4f34e05855 Removed redundant XPDIST from the build. Changed existing references to DIST. 
Replaced all uses of $(DIST)/include with $(PUBLIC) except those looking for NSPR headers.
Removed extra instances of $(DIST)/include or $(PUBLIC) from INCLUDES as it's already there.
Override OS_LIBS when setting host variables for cross-compiling.
