0c8ee65118 Merge mozilla-central into build-system 
There were merges in configure.in and some Makefile.in. None had any
conflicts. I spot verified the Makefile.in changes and confirmed that

b4cc5d4695 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. Also removing nsMarkupDocument and nsIDOMEventCapturer that are no longer needed.
