Android jit tests are not ready to run yet: They may not run green, there are concerns about
capacity, etc. I am adding this support now to make it more convenient to debug on try.

This sets verbose=True (used by the mach formatter) and compact=False (used by tbplformatter) if
only a single test is specified with either |mach test| or |mach mochitest|.
This way all TEST_STATUS and log lines will be visible when developers are writing a new test.

This consolidates the printing of status logs, which was previously handled
differently in 3-4 places. This also fixes a few of the annoyances listed in
the bug 1445624 description. Finally this also fixes a few edge cases that I
noticed when writing the tests.

This adds a basic test for the mach formatter. This will ensure that changes to
this format are intentional. It will also make it easier for reviewers of these
changes to see a diff of the old vs new format.

nsFrameLoader is on WebIDL bindings, so those QIs are no-ops anyway, unless the given object is no a frameloader to start with.

Non-restartless extensions are no longer supported in the wild, and none of
the remaining automation extension rely on Workers in their components.

In order to remove support for non-bootstrapped extensions, the remaining test
automation extensions need to be migrated to bootstrapped extensions. These
extensions all work by loading a single component, either with a
profile-after-change or command line handler. This is a straightforward
conversion of those components to bootstrap.js scripts.

Several of our test automation add-ons are non-restartless, but only rely on
loading a single overlay into browser windows. This stub bootstrap.js script
allows us to run those extensions as bootstrapped extensions with the same
behavior as before, and with no other changes.

To let mozcrash handle minidump files located in profile paths
with unicode characters, support for that has to be added. It
also applies to the locations for the stackwalk binary, minidump
save path, and symbols.

Right now if no minidump file is present in the minidump folder,
the check_for_crashes method returns False. Whereby in all other
cases the number of crashes is returned.
To be consistent this method should always return a number, and
in case of no minidumps it should be 0.

This small change is actually very significant. Previously, |mach
package| for mobile/android had two jobs:
1) produce a final APK
2) rebuild parts of the APK that might have been silently modified by
l10n mechanisms, both from multi-locale builds and single-locale
repacks
This second part has never been sensible but has been difficult to
alter until recently, since the l10n mechanisms have been out of
mozilla-central and difficult to modify and test. That's less true
now.
This patch:
a) removes the rebuild parts (the step labeled 2) above (which I
generally refer to as the "nodeps mechanism")
b) uses the APKs produced by Gradle directly, without the copying
indirection from m/a/base/Makefile.in
c) does the rebuild for multi-locale builds as an explicit step in the
appropriate mozharness script
d) does the rebuild for each single-locale repack as another step in
the existing `installers-%` target in m/a/locales/Makefile.in (it's
not easy to remove this from the Makefile, since the repackage is
invoked immediately after (it's the `repackage-zip-$*` target))
The new m/a/gradle.py file will grow additional tasks in tickets to
follow, hence the lock file and pre-factored form.

On desktop use sub script loader during bootstrap instead of the overlay.
On android use a component that listens for browser windows to be created
and then use a sub script loader.

Linux window managers and desktop environments can cause the available
surface area of the screen to be shrunk due to UI elements such as
menus. Window managers can also add additional window decorations
that are outside the control of Firefox.
When X11 forwarding a Firefox window to macOS the XQuartz window
decoration adds 22 px. This patch increases the delta from 8 px.

There were two issues:
1) The mach command name in resolve.py was wrong.
2) The marionette harness uses deepcopy on the passed in kwargs and sometimes
the 'log' argument that testing/mach_commands.py was passing in can be a class
instance (which can't be deepcopied).
