fffb25b74f Bug 1465585: Switch from mozilla::Move to std::move. r=froydnj 
This was done automatically replacing:

  s/mozilla::Move/std::move/
  s/ Move(/ std::move(/
  s/(Move(/(std::move(/

Removing the 'using mozilla::Move;' lines.

And then with a few manual fixups, see the bug for the split series..

5ef6d52547 Bug 1407248 - Include StaticPtr.h in SystemGroup.cpp. r=billm 
We were using a StaticRefPtr without it being fully defined for
SystemGroupImpl::sSingleton, resulting in a non-unified build failure.

b48fcd2501 Bug 1340665 - Fix warnings on shutdown. r=billm 
The code to make a ValidatingDispatcher break cycles when we're done with it
assumes that XPCOM is still up and running. This isn't the case during
shutdown. When XPCOM shuts down, we should avoid do_GetMainThread.
