dcaf0beb81 servo: Merge #17015 - Fix the -Z wr-no-batch option (from glennw:fix-batching); r=jdm 
The DebugOpts struct uses the Default trait to set all the values
to false initialily. So bools in the DebugOpts struct must be
negative verbs to work correctly.

This drops the draw call count on HN from ~2000 back to ~5.

887b840043 Bug 1365805 - fix visual regressions from 1359881 r=Gijs 
There are two issues this addresses:

1) Update badges were showing in the middle of the hamburger
   button for high-DPI displays. This was because I failed to
   copy the margin-inline-end from the low-DPI styles to the
   high-DPI styles, and so the high-DPI's margin settings were
   overriding those.
2) Somehow the drop from -9px to -8px in the margin caused the
   icon to start eating into the second row of the hamburger,
   which was not intended, and was not happening when I wrote
   the initial code, or else I made some mistake when I was
   testing. In any case, I'm not sure of the reason for the
   discrepancy, but this change undoes it and looks fine.

These two changes are together because they touch the same code.
Since the high-DPI margin ends up not being different from the
low-DPI margin, we're just deleting the high-DPI's entry.

54382f83cb Bug 1366218 - Use fast path to check empty value. r=smaug 
HTMLInputElement::IsValueEmpty uses DocumentEncoder when input element has focus.  DocumentEncoder is slow, so we should use fast path (nsTextEditorState::HasNonEmptyValue) to check whether value is empty.

a9760d2cbe Bug 816784 part 4 - Fix the rooting hazards that the analysis report. r=sfink 
WrapperMap::Enum::goToNext() is listed as a GC function because the *generated*
stack calls BrowserCompartmentMatcher::match() which leads a path to a FieldCall
of nsISupports.QueryInterface, however it is never the case. Add
nsContentUtils::IsExpandedPrincipal() to the ignore functions because it is more
narrowly scoped and therefore less likely to hide problems.
