025bddeae0 Fixed bugs #6612 and #6910. 
6612: AddSubcomponent now works when only one parameter is used.
  6910: Added Install.SetValueNumber() and Install.GetValueNumber()

Added Arguments and Jarfile variables to the Install object which
are now being reflected into js.
Fixed how ExtractJarFile in Install was working
Hooked up to libjar.
