d8feee727d Bug 1510569 - Use nsIPrincipal and nsIContentSecurityPolicy in WebProgressLocationChangeData directly r=nika 
Now that there is an {IPDL}ParamTraits implementation for nsIPrincipal* and
nsIContentSecurityPolicy*, we need not manually transform it to/form a
PrincipalInfo/CSPInfo ourselves.

This is the last message that WebProgressChild was sending to the
RemoteWebProgress in the parent process, so we can remove the module entirely.

9458590818 Bug 1566643 - Part 11: Use null principal for initial document when changing process, r=kmag 
Previously, the principal of the embedder would be used, which would mean a
document with the wrong principal would be created in the target process. By
using a null principal we can ensure that this initial document will be replaced
almost immediately.

In a follow-up, we should switch this to using the principal of the document to
be loaded to avoid unnecessary intermediate window globals.

message and was only called from the `WebNavigationChild`. Since

ea567d2cec Bug 1519546, part 4 - Wire up basic EffectsInfo updates in DOM IPC. r=farre 
This commit adds RemoteBrowser::UpdateEffects for updating a remote browser's
EffectsInfo over IPC.

A following commit will actually use the EffectsInfo for
enabling/disabling rendering for a remote browser, and another
commit will actually use these IPDL methods.
