And mCharCode shouldn't be compared with NS_VK_*, nsIDOMKeyEvent::DOM_VK_*. Additionally, when it's compared with a character constant, cast isn't necessary.

Fix the scaling logic for 280-300dpi devices
Some xhdpi devices have real densities as low as 287dpi
but these devices are far too small to have an hdpi UI.

gfxRect can be implicitly constructed from IntRect, which hides a number of
implicit conversion points, makes Moz2Dification harder, and has some
surprising effects.
This patch removes the implicit constructor and replaces it with an explicit
conversion function:
gfxRect ThebesRect(const IntRect&)
This is the obvious outcome of removing the constructor.
But there is also a second, less obvious outcome: currently we do a number of
IntRect-to-Rect conversions using ToRect(), which (surprisingly) works because
it turns into an implicit IntRect-to-gfxRect conversion (via the implicit
constructor) combined with an explicit gfxRect-to-Rect conversion (via
ToRect()). I.e. we do two conversions, going from a Moz2D type to a Thebes
type and back to a Moz2D type!
So this patch also changes these conversion. It moves this existing function:
Rect ToRect(const IntRect&)
from gfx2DGlue.h -- where it doesn't really belong because it doesn't involve
any Thebes types -- to gfx/2d/Rect.h, templatifying and renaming it as
IntRectToRect() in the process.
The rest of the patch deals with fall-out from these changes. The call sites
change as follows:
- IntRect-to-gfxRect conversions:
- old: implicit
- new: ThebesRect()
- IntRect-to-Rect conversions:
- old: ToRect()
- new: IntRectToRect()

The patch renames the existing functions (GetBounds(), GetClientBounds(), etc)
by adding an |Untyped| suffix. It then adds typed equivalents, and uses those
typed equivalents in all the call sites where it's easy to do so. The trickier
remaining call sites are converted to use the Untyped-suffix version.

Add a new preference, clibboard.plainTextOnly.
1. On: we only support kUnicodeMIME in SetData/GetData.
2. Off: we can support different MIME types in SetData/GetData
BTW, "copy image" is dependent on non-text/rich text support, so this
menu item is also disabled after we turn the pref off.
dump() has only one instance, which is empty, and no uses. So just remove it.
dbgCompositionTypeStr()'s use depends on conditional constants, so just marking
it with the unused attribute is the fix for that warning.

Warnings fixed include the following.
- Several cases where macros (|LOG| and |ALOGE|) were redefined. I just did a
simple #undef to fix these.
- In GonkMemoryPressureMonitoring.cpp, "the address of NuwaMarkCurrentThread
will never be NULL".
- In OrientationObserver.cpp, several signed/unsigned comparison warnings.
- Several warnings about variables that are unused or set but not used:
in InputDispatcher.cpp, InputReader.cpp.
Also in SpriteController, where several loops were all but empty if
HAVE_ANDROID_OS is undefined; for these I moved the HAVE_ANDROID_OS check
outside the loop.
The patch also disallows the introduction of new warnings by removing the
ALLOW_COMPILER_WARNINGS flag.
