Added style rules to more closely match the XPTOOLKIT XPWidgets look.
removed the following :-moz-combobox-text, -moz-combobox-textselected
nsIFormControlFrame.h - Added SetSuggestedSize method.
nsButtonControlFrame - Implemented SetSuggestedSize.
nsCSSFrameConstructor.cpp - Rewrote ConstructSelectFrame.
nsIWidget.h -Added GetAbsoluteBounds method.
nsWindow.cpp - Implemented GetAbsoluteBounds.

8143: save wrap column in editor shell in case it's set before the

Partial fix for bug 5707. We now set the title of the image to "Image: width x height pixels", where width and height are the dimensions of the image being displayed. This title is set from nsImageDocument::EndLayout() a newly added method that gets called from nsImageListener::StopRequest().

Remove XUL_TEMPLATES and XUL_TEMPLATE_ASSERTIONS #ifdefs. Add FALLBACK_BUILDERS #ifdef that (when removed) will turn off the C++ builders for constructing content.
