3d59a68ee7 When we don't find a </script> tag, we should put the entire rest of the document into the script element, but not execute the script. 377d4123b3 bug 321344: Make sure we always enter the loop. There's no reason to actually 
test anything here because we never really did before. Review from peterv is
still pending, but brendan wants this on the trunk because it breaks
XMLHttpRequest.
