38c0f9bd17 Bug 1862599 - Don't let certmanager treecol intrinsic sizes affect its minimum size. r=Gijs, a=RyanVM 
Otherwise the minimum size grows once you shrink a column under the
treecol label size.

5ae2df8230 Bug 1611381 - attempt to detect more self-signed certificates r=jschanck a=RyanVM 
When two self-signed certificates have the same issuer and subject but
different keys, mozilla::pkix can return a bad signature error or an inadequate
key usage error (assuming no other suitable issuer is found). The real issue is
that the certificates are self-signed, so this change attempts to detect that
and return a more appropriate error.

4f0cfffdca Bug 1848615 - Adjust Linux content sandbox policy so that ICU can get the canonical time zone. r=gcp a=pascalc 
ICU version 73 (bug 1824744) has [a change to call realpath][icu-2323]
rather than just readlink on `/etc/localtime`, meaning that it needs to
be able to readlink every directory involved in path resolution.  In
particular, for a symlink into `/usr/share/zoneinfo`, this includes
`/usr`, which is blocked by the content sandbox policy.

Currently, the file broker requires `MAY_READ` permission to allow
readlink, so we grant that on `/usr` and `/nix` (there will be a
similar issue with symlinks to `/nix/store/...`).  Note that this
applies only to those directories themselves, not files within them.

This also means that the process can open those directories for reading
(i.e., readdir), but that should be relatively low-impact compared to
the information that's already exposed.

This moves the creation of both rlbox.wasm.c and rlbox.wasm.h to
pre-compile, which allows static-analysis to create both files (but more
importantly the .h) without also compiling rlbox.wasm.c, which takes
forever.
