Clean up header includes (bug 331050). This round of changes deals with some of the public content headers, and factors nsDOMClassInfoID out of nsIDOMClassInfo.h so that nsContentUtils.h doesn't have to bring in XPConnect. r+sr=jst.

Make wrapper preservation (the mechanism that makes the GC use reachability information between certain C++ objects rather than rooting at language boundaries) use an interface (nsIDOMGCParticipant) to get reachability information.
