5b6ae6e571 Rename {nsIDocument,nsIDocumentObserver,nsIFrame}::ContentChanged to CharacterDataChanged, since that's the only thing it's used for. Replace its nsISupports* parameter with a PRBool, since we don't need to allocate an object to pass a boolean parameter. 37271ec347 Land a new US English dictionary file for Seamonkey. Thunderbird has already been using this dictionary. 
The new dictionary includes a larger vocabulary in addition to supporting REP tables. I have not checked in the
code for seamonkey to actually leverage the REP tables yet.

08f53379c4 Continuing nsIPresContext deCOMtamination (bug 229371). Remove ReParentStyleContext - callers can call frame manager directly. Removed several unused setters.
