We can't include MouseEventBinding.h in MouseEvents.h because that produces
this include loop:

MouseEventBinding.h -> UIEventBinding.h ->
nsGlobalWindow.h -> nsGlobalWindowInner.h -> nsRefreshDriver.h ->
AnimationEventDispatcher.h -> AnimationComparator.h -> Animation.h ->
