d082d2bf5e More nsIPresShell deCOMtamination: 
- Made Get/SetAuthorStyleDisabled and ReconstructStyleData non-virtual when called internally.
- Inlined GetFrameSelection and renamed it to FrameSelection.
- Removed non-inline version of GetViewManager.
- Removed unused EnablePrefStyleRules and ArePrefStyleRulesEnabled.

This handles event handlers.
Not all cases are handled well. if you get a fixme url, you're invited to
come up with code to handle that case. fixing it will probably include
bloating objects with references to their origins.

8af971a2bb Bug 242833. Make nsDOMEvent::GetClientX/Y handle cases where a subdocument's widget is not an ancestor of the event's widget. The problem here was that when ShiftFocusInternal was given an explicit starting point, it was calling SetFocusedContent() for that node, which updated mCurrentFocus but not gLastFocusedContent. That violated the "invariant" that the active ESM's mCurrentFocus is the same as gLastFocusedContent, causing confusion later in SendFocusBlur().
