286ba64b69 Enable the 'bm_delete' command for 'IEFavoriteFolder's and add a 'delete' item to the relevant context menu. Also, remove 'copy' and 'open in new window' from that menu, since they are not implemented. b=114520, r=peterv, kerz, sr=jag, moa=blake. 39a8a0e9ca fix for #119932. delete addressbook is failing. while I'm here, 
remove unnecessary dependency on the DOM.  the addressbook
backend doesn't need to be dependent on nsIDOMXULElement and
