0ac5727ba2 fix for #121566 and #121677. define a default height for the thread pane 
(both vertical 3 pane and normal 3 pane layouts) and for the results pane in
the addressbook.  if we don't, it causes the splitter to jump up and down
forever on linux and (because it's so fast) pinging the CPU on windows.

7b10439c40 XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. 8a2a775382 Since '-framework Carbon' causes binaries to require console access to run, do not link using that flag by default. Otherwise, remote builds & non-console tinderboxes will break. Mac OSX Mach-O only.
