4690547534 Stop using nsAreaFrame for anything other than xul:label, which is the only thing for which it does anything different from nsBlockFrame, and rename it accordingly. (Bug 471356) r+sr=roc

0892bc75ee Only change the style of default mathvariant <mi> elements to italic when there is a corresponding italic Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbol. Accept non-BMP characters in nsMathMLOperator::LookupInvariantChar.
