6ea631e28c Checking in for bug 50742, this change removes the use of XIF in mozilla and replaces the XIF converter with a HTML (and XML) serializer. 
Contextual information added to HTML copy and intelligence added to HTML paste in the editor (fixes bugs 47014, 50568 and 46554, and partly (at least) fixes bug 53188).

7c0dee74aa 52443 - smoketest blocker 
Backing out my change, in the parser,that allowed newlines/whitespace
inside TABLE,TR,TBODY,TFOOT,THEAD. Will reenable this
change once the TABLE code is ready to deal with newlines
/whitespace inside the above mentioned elements.

Btw, this file was untouched by rayw's carpool.

a83db20ddf Fix for bug 49187. ViewSource now emits HTML. The VIEW_SOURCE_HTML #define at the top of nsViewSourceHTML.cpp and nsLayoutDLF.cpp allows us to switch back to XML if necessary. The VIEW_SOURCE_COLORING #define in nsViewSourceHTML.cpp allows us to turn on source coloring. b65a3881e0 - Fix for nsbeta3+ bug 10292: ID attribute information is passed up from the parser to the content sink and into the node info objects associated with content objects. nsIXMLContent now inherits from nsIStyledContent which allows 
authors to use ID selectors to target elements in an XML document.

6985354db4 Adding a new flag to the Win32 build system. Set DISABLE_TESTS=1 to skip 
building in the tests directories.  Should not affect the build at all if

ca5b76c47b Put the extra newline back. Rick had changed something last night 
which fixed the bogus extra newline problem, and caused the tree to
go orange since the test still had the extra newline; but now he's
apparently reverted that fix, so the extra newline is back and
the tree is orange again. This should make it go green.  a=trudelle

5cf146ffc3 Fix for bug 21647. r=harishd. The expat tokenizer was keeping static state and clobbering it because multiple instances of it were running at the same time. It no longer uses static state but sets the state as user data on the expat parser and gets it back as a parameter in the callbacks from the parser. 5e2f88b7f8 22662: Completely redesign the editor output formatting system. 
Now, instead of inserting text nodes containing whitespace and newlines
into the content tree, the editor adds a fake attribute "_moz_dirty"
to every node it creates, and relies upon the output system to format
any node with that attribute (and, of course, not output the attribute).

24462 - Fixed by making NOBR a block closure.
21917 - Being careful about ignoring newlines/whitespace for body content.

22a5959edb Work done by Vidur and me. Added a FlushPendingNotifications() method to the document. This method flushes the pending content notifications from the content sink and the pending reflow notifications from the pres shell.
