c5b9eee040 Bug 781360 patch 3: Rename {nsIFrame,nsStyleContext,nsComputedDOMStyle}::GetStyle* to Style*, since they can never return null. r=dholbert 
Except for the changes in:

(see patch 3b in the bug), this patch was written with the sed script:

dfe3513814 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell.
