7b10439c40 XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. 10e43c61fc fix for #103220 #94774 and #79103. when the folder name changes, we need to notify 
that #Name, #FolderTreeName and #FolderTreeSimpleName have changed.

also clean up the folder datasource to not copy strings when not necessary.
