7fd8feb31d Create an api for easily converting between the coordinate systems of two 
frames or two views.  Use this to fix the auto-positioning of abs pos boxes to
work no matter how their containing block and the block their placeholder lives
in are related, and convert various other callers to the new API.  Bug 266968,

7eecd9a0ef Bug 165149. Make children of a scrolled element inherit style directly from the element instead of via the scrolled frames. Add a new view property to indicate that the view is painted on a uniform background and use it to optimize scrolling, so that a scrolled element with a uniform background color can still be scrolled using bitblits. r+sr=dbaron 2003-10-11 12:00:05 +00:00

Native regions on Linux (and probably some other platforms) are limited to 16bit signed coordinates, so we have to use our own region implementation to manipulate regions in twips space.
