b5e57820bf Bug 693469 - Implement mozilla::ArrayLength and mozilla::ArrayEnd, and replace uses of NS_ARRAY_LENGTH whenever possible. 7de58a1cfa Bug 620931 part 3 - Allow GRE and XUL application to use omni.jar independently. r=bsmedberg,r=mwu 
We now store two independent locations for an omni.jar, allowing GRE/XRE and
XUL application to each have their own omni.jar. And since xulrunner setups
are very independent from the XUL applications, we implement support for both
omni.jar and non omni.jar cases in the same runtime, with the side effect of
allowing to switch from one to the other manually without rebuilding the
binaries.

We let the mozilla::Omnijar API handle both cases, so that callers don't need
too much work to support them.

We also make the preferences service load the same set of preferences in all
the various cases (unified vs. separate, omni.jar vs. no omni.jar).

The child process launcher for IPC is modified to pass the base directories
needed for the mozilla::Omnijar API initialization in the child process.

Finally, the startupcache file name canonicalization is modified to separate
APP and GRE resources.

386a098a89 Merge from m-c. 
Fair amount of merge conflicts.

Biggest item was changes to nsHttpChannel from web sockets changes.

Other likely suspects if things are borken:

nsFrameLoader.cpp:
    - nsFrameLoader::EnsureMessageManager: pass "this" (orig e10s code) or
      nsnull (m-c) to local process call to new nsFrameMessageManager(),
      callback arg?  Smaug said null.
    - only calling SetCallBackData for local case.  also +r smaug.

nsPrefBranch.cpp had fairly extensive merge conflicts.

nsChromeRegistry had lots of changes.

Dougt did most of the non-necko changes (thanks).

041170d975 Bug 561871 part B: don't use Windows events to enter/exit a nested event loop within an RPC stack frame, because delivery of those events isn't always associated with the correct stack frame, and also because the events can be lost if they race with an incoming RPC reply message. Instead, keep a linked list (on the stack) of RPC frames globally and per-channel, to associate requests to enter a nested event loop with the correct frame, r=jimm
