This commit produces an "install bouncer" APK which is a "hollow
shell" that looks like the main Fennec APK. In particular, both APKs have:
* the same Android package name (application id); and
* the same set of <permission>, <uses-permission>, and <uses-feature>
blocks in their manifests.
The bouncer APK must always have an android:versionCode smaller than
the main Fennec APK; for now, we will just bump that manually
mobile/android/bouncer/moz.build.

geckoview_example is broken and obsolete, and we haven't maintained it
for a long time. We should remove it from the tree, allow GeckoView AARs
to build, and rely on other example GeckoView projects that live on
GitHub.
These flags are not intended to be feature specific. On day one, we
intend to support a single GCM-backed feature -- Push Notifications --
but the set of GCM-consuming features is potentially large (e.g.,
possibly Firefox Sync tickles and Send Tab to Device alerts). Such
features can and will have their own build flags.
Note that GCM sender IDs are not sensitive -- see link in code
comment. Since this is something custom branding will almost always
want to set, I don't want to bury the default value in confvars.sh.

The configure option has explicitly thrown an error for more than a year now,
and it happens that the remaining way to still forcefully use it has been
broken for more than 8 months.
Rather than hardcoding the following classes in AppConstants.java.in and AndroidManifest.xml, they are set in
confvars.sh:
org.mozilla.gecko.GeckoApplication (Specified using MOZ_ANDROID_APPLICATION_CLASS)
org.mozilla.gecko.BrowserApp (Specified using MOZ_ANDROID_BROWSER_INTENT_CLASS)
org.mozilla.search.SearchActivity (Specified using MOZ_ANDROID_SEARCH_INTENT_CLASS)
This doesn't really do what it says on the tin: it still requires a
compile environment in the situation when
--disable-compile-environment is set but we would be cross compiling.
It just doesn't do the compilation (or linking) of C/C++ binaries.
This is a step towards real support of --disable-compile-environment
when cross compiling.
