d9626f6746 Add support for using gcc's visibility pragma to treat all function and method declarations as "hidden" unless declared otherwise. Create wrappers for system headers that cause them to be treated as default-visibility declarations. f43748170d Add an explicit --enable-quantify option for windows that causes /FIXED:NO to be used when linking the executable.
