9878f5fb4e Bug 1439582 - Use mutex to ensure tests for set_max_level are not racy. r=jgraham 
When tests are run in parallel threads, it is possible for tests that
use logging::set_max_level to cause race conditions in other tests.
This patch ensures that the logging tests that use this function
are guarded by a mutex.

For example, when set_max_level(Level::Info) is called in test_max_level,
test_set_max_level may have also called set_max_level(Level::Fatal).
This causes a race condition between the first line and the second
line in test_max_level because the atomic test level will have been
changed away from Level::Info to Level::Fatal.

This provides a custom implementaiton of log::Log for geckodriver,
effectively making slog redundant in central.

slog is, for our purposes, an unnecessarily complicated crate
to depend on.  With Rust 1.24 transitioning to stable soon,
we need to prepare code and crates in central for this change.
geckodriver only uses slog for the single purpose of changing the
log level at runtime, and it would be less work to roll our own
logger implementation than it would be to grok the slog API changes.

6ea2cf1e57 Bug 1437570 - Upgrade to rust-ini 0.10.2. r=jgraham 
Upgrading to rust-ini 0.10.2 has the benefit that it no longers
depends on a too specific version of the log crate.  We currently
compile two different versions of log as part of the geckodriver
build, and it will marginally increase compile performance not to
compile that twice.

6505810ac8 Bug 1430157 - Move geckodriver to use in-tree mozprofile. r=jgraham 
The third_party/rust/mozprofile has not been deleted because mozrunner
also depends on it.  We will have to run "./mach vendor rust" again
once both these changes have landed in order to remove the third-party
dependency from crates.io.  This work is tracked in bug 1430158.

a4c0f8161c Bug 1399158 - Add --jsdebugger flag to geckodriver. r=ato 
When --jsdebugger is passed to geckodriver, it will override
preferences related to starting the Browser Toolbox and pass
-jsdebugger on to the Firefox process.

It is functionally equivalent to "./mach marionette test --jsdebugger".

3ecd324bdc Bug 1431459 - Update rust_mozrunner to use a Builder API, r=ato 
This is a major API revision to replace the Python-like API with
something more idiomatically Rust. In particular you now create a
FirefoxRunner object and then call start() and end up with a
FirefoxProcess. This is pretty similar to the Command builder in std.

686f1a576c Bug 1430123 - Add vendor capability for old Pointer Origin behavior. r=ato 
With the WebDriver spec the calculation of the pointer origin
position will no longer be done based on the top and left
position of the referenced element, but based on the center
point of the viewport.

This capability allows to turn on and off the new behavior in
Firefox 59 and following.

b5acf25317 Bug 1425317 - Hook geckodriver up to mach's test command. r=ahal 
This removes the subcommands for "./mach geckodriver", reverting
it back to have the meaning of running the geckodriver binary.

The build- and test commands are now integrated with mach, which
means you can run "./mach build testing/geckodriver" and "./mach
test testing/geckodriver" to run tests.  This is backed by a new
top-level "./mach geckodriver-test" command, which we will not be
announcing.

cb6d8c72b5 Bug 1414322 - Use WebDriver conformant interactability checks for sendKeysToElement. r=ato 
Enables webdriver spec keyboard interactability tests for 'Element Send Keys'
by default by re-using the same capability 'moz:webdriverClick' from
'Element Click'. It can be disabled by turning off this preference.

Also various webplatform tests for webdriver spec have been added which
cover both the scroll into view action, and keyboard interactability check.

Existing Marionette unit tests will be run in both modes, until we can
get rid of the legacy mode.
