ba8a90b60e Don't set the last page visited pref if unneeded (privacy). 
Don't fetch a new prefservice every pageload.

fa68b61c4f Make it possible to persist the disk and memory cache capacity prefs again. 
Also, if the user doesn't have a disk cache parent folder chosen, show and
set the default which is the profile directory.
